1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the JJWin APK platform — whether through the website at jjwinapk.pro or through the JJWin APK Android application — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or continue using the platform. Your continued use of JJWin APK following any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use JJWin APK, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or as an agent for, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of JJWin APK or any associated company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

JJWin APK reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided within the requested timeframe, the account may be suspended and any balance withheld pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same phone number, same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonuses will be voided and any balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. JJWin APK shall not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information submitted by a player, including failed withdrawals caused by incorrect payment details.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must contact JJWin APK support immediately through the live chat available in the app or website.

3.4 Account Verification

JJWin APK may request identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Verification may require submission of a valid CNIC or other acceptable identification. Accounts that remain unverified after the requested deadline may have withdrawal functionality restricted until verification is completed.

4 Deposits & Payments

All deposits on JJWin APK are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit channels:

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time or within a short processing window depending on the channel used.
• JJWin APK does not charge a fee on deposits, but your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• JJWin APK reserves the right to request proof of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. All withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in the Withdrawal section of your account.
• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframe displayed on the Withdrawal page. Processing times vary by payment method.
• JJWin APK reserves the right to perform additional checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds as a security measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the bonus used. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are fully met will be rejected or adjusted accordingly.
• JJWin APK does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals. Your payment provider may levy its own charges.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses offered by JJWin APK — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers and any other promotional credits — are subject to specific wagering requirements and terms that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is available.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated per promotion) must be wagered before the bonus balance or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering contributions may vary by game type — for example, Slots may contribute 100% while Live Casino games may contribute a lower percentage. Always check the specific promotion page for the exact contribution rates.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit bonuses through techniques such as low-risk hedging, arbitrage betting across accounts or using multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once constitutes bonus abuse. JJWin APK monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings and suspend accounts where abuse is identified.

6.4 Expiry

Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All Sports Betting activity on JJWin APK — including Cricket, PSL, T20 international matches, Football and Esports — is governed by the following general rules in addition to any sport-specific rules displayed within the betting interface.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before placement is confirmed.
• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered and available for that market.
• JJWin APK reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error has occurred, including odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault.
• In the event of a match being abandoned or postponed beyond the stated settlement window, bets will be settled according to the sport-specific rules applicable to that event type.
• For PSL and T20 Cricket markets, specific settlement rules including DLS method applications are outlined in the Cricket betting rules section within the Sports module.
• Live in-play bets are subject to additional latency considerations. JJWin APK reserves the right to void in-play bets placed after an event has concluded where a data delay prevented timely market suspension.

8 Casino Games

All Casino games on JJWin APK — including Slots, Live Baccarat, Teen Patti, Roulette, Blackjack, Crash games and Game Shows — operate using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streams sourced from established game providers.

• Game outcomes are determined at the point of play and cannot be influenced by the player or by JJWin APK after the round has begun.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the round will be completed and settled according to the outcome determined by the game server. JJWin APK is not liable for losses resulting from a player's own internet disconnection.
• Minimum and maximum bet amounts vary by game and are displayed within each game interface before play begins.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJWin APK. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with Casino games.
• Registering more than one account, whether under your own identity or any other identity.
• Using another person's payment method or account credentials to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to support immediately.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any form of financial fraud.
• Sharing account access with another person, including family members.

10 Responsible Gaming

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written permission from JJWin APK.
• The JJWin APK name, logo and brand assets may not be used in any context outside the platform without express written authorisation.
• Third-party game content available on the platform remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers.

12 Limitation of Liability

JJWin APK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous and error-free service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or in cases of force majeure events beyond our control.

• JJWin APK shall not be liable for any loss of winnings, data or account access resulting from technical failures attributable to a player's own device, internet connection or third-party software.
